Fully Costomized Letters
Automotive reminder letters were the first product I was tasked with creating for Newgen Results. The letters needed to be 100% digital and fully customizable.
My first job was digitizing an Automotive Dealership’s original letter; scanning, tracing and redrawing whatever the Sales Manager brought me. Sometimes it was a poor copy of a copy. Sometimes it was just a business card.
Once I had recreated the dealership letter digitally we needed to incorporate it into our Variable Date print stream where it merged with the dealership database to produce a reminder letter for the customer. The closer we could get to the letter looking like it was hand written and personal, the better the response.
Mailers
Mailers used the same Variable Data stream as the letters, but with only one side customizable. That afforded us the opportunity to produce a high quality 4 color cardstock mailer at an affordable cost while still being able to customize the message and offers/coupons to the unique needs of that individual end customer.
Web Services
Web services were the final customizable solution we produced at Newgen.
The end result was a website that an Automotive Dealership would use that was fulfilled by Newgen. We managed the customer database and built mailing schedules in conjunction with the dealership’s budget and customer needs.
